is there a twain driver for a plustek smartoffice PS283 simplex

I was told by my software company (EZbis) that I needed to download a Network twain driver or Network Wia driver on my computer so that the software can interface with the Scanner I have. It is a Plustek Smartoffice PS283 simplex scanner.. Is there a particular driver I should know about or is it just general Twain for Windows 7?

Just download the first driver in the link PS283-V5100_12L.zip That is the only driver available.
