Question Is there a USB Hub/KVM Switch that allows you to switch the devices between 2 PCs individually?

I have the current setup below, but I run into issues; either the devices don't power on when plugged into the current usb hub I have, or, when 3/4 plugged into the docking station, one will usually keep resetting on/off. It's been mentioned to me I need a powered USB switch (sorry I don't know how I should be referring to this device(s)) with it's own power cord, but it got me thinking.

Is it possible to have a switch that allows you to switch the devices individually between the 2 PCs? An example would be the Webcam, Microphone, Mouse and Keyboard all plugged into the USB hub device, but I can switch the mouse and keyboard over to PC 2 while the other 2 stay on PC 1.

Actually you can use two USB switches like this to accomplish the task, one working with mouse / keyboard and the other working with microphone / webcam.

There is no single USB switch that can do what you asked.
