Trying to picture what you have going on.
So you have an 11.6" laptop, and instead of your regular screen you have a usb touch screen and you want something cleaner then a wire running from screen to usb cable?
If that is the case then as Venom suggested you could take your usb cable, and route it internally in your laptop to your usb port and solder the correct wires to the correct pins on the circuit board.
As far as adding any additional piece of hardware internal inside your laptop there is pretty much no chance as an 11.6 laptop is going to be very cramped/packed.
You may actually have an issue getting a normal girth usb cable even to fit inside the casing.
