Question Is there a way/software to control 3 GPU fans individually?

asus tuf gaming 3070ti (3 fans)

Using MSI Afterburner, it is either all fans or no fans, not an option for each fan (while my previous 2 fan GPU allowed me to control each of them individually)
Perhaps there is a software that allows this?
I'm assuming all 3 fans are connected to one header on the GPU? (I haven't opened the card)
