Hi community,
I want to know if it will be possible to allocate a printer to a specific size on Acrobat DC for pdfs, if I open a set of A4/A3 pages I do not want it to show me the plotter "big printer" instead I want it to automatically be set for the A4/A3 printer without me needing to setup anything over and over since it remembers the last used printing device
"if I used the plotter for A0 and open up an A4 PDF it gives me the plotter instead of A4 Printer". I need to print one thing from the plotter then switch to the A4/A3 printer over and over about 70 times every day and it's exhausting me to keep changing it every time I need to switch printer.

Your help is appreciated.

For future reference it would be helpful to the community if you stated the OS (W10 Pro 64/W10 Home 64 etc) you're using as well as the printer brand and model...

I had an issue after updating to W10 Pro 64 from W7 pro 64. I have a postage label printer and a "regular" printer on my network. After I printed postage labels I wanted to print a report but Windows kept using the settings for the postage label printer unless I manually changed the setting every time, it became very annoying.

What I found after poking around is I clicked on W10 icon>settings>devices>printers and scanners>scroll down to where it says "let windows manage my default printer" the slider was set to the "on" position (apparently by default). I moved the slider to the "off" position and that took care of the problem...now it uses the settings for my default printer automatically.

The above works the same regardless if you're using W10 Pro or W10 home...
