Is there a way to buy windows vista in 2018?

Is there a particular reason you are wanting vista? Microsoft stopped supporting vista, meaning that it will no longer receive updates. Given that and the age of the OS security and compatibility could be not so good

well the computer im running is supost to be a windows vista and since it was second hand they put windows 7 on it which i dont have the product code for it and now i have windows 10 and it doesnt work well with a 7 year old system
and also the oem product code for the windows vista i had is ripped off so i need a fresh copy of windows vista

Download this and see if it shows your product key and then write it down. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/product_cd_key_viewer.html

Be warned though if the system was cracked and it's not an authentic key, then it's not going to work for a reinstall. I would highly suggest sticking with 7 or going to windows 8 at the least. Windows Vista is TERRIBLE! I would even go Windows XP over Vista as bad as that sounds.
