Question is there a way to bypass CPU overheating protection (bootloop)?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What processor are you working with? The processor's overheating protection is so that the processor isn't damaged. If you've got lackluster cooling or airflow or both, there's no reason why you should turn off the overheating protection mechanism, instead you're suggested to keep your processor cool.

I7. The protection (bootloop) doesn't let me to start up the PC. When the PC is running the CPU runs with good temperature
