[SOLVED] Is there a way to close program that is not responding?

So sometimes app crash and just freeze, pressing x wont do anything, alt f4 wont help ether, ctrl alt del wont show up on screen as app that froze overlap it. So my question is how to close such app, all i can do at this point is just turn off my pc, but its so frustrating to restart pc cuz of app crash.

Select Task Manager
Find the offending application, and End Task

Then look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for some error codes or warnings that may help identify the cause of the crashes and freezes.

Be aware while checking that you will see a BUNCH of Event 41 from the restarts. Don't confuse them as part of the issue "for sure".
