Question Is there a way to connect laptop hdmi 1.4 output to a 4k monitor?

I have a laptop with GTX 960m, i5-6300HQ. It does not support HDMI 2.0, i also do not have a display port on my laptop, so only video output is hdmi 1.4, which supports 4k, but only at 30hz, which is useless. Is there a way to connect it to a monitor (through adapter?) and have a 4k at 60hz?

There are lots of 4K content out there that run @ 24hz so it's not as big of a deal that you think. Can you find HDMI 2.0a HDCP 2.2 compliant Splitters? Yes there are plenty of them out there.
