Is there a way to connect to internet on my pc desktop without wifi adapter or ethernet cord ?

Ummm....well, there are wired network types other than Ethernet (token ring, FDDI, Local Talk, all pretty much obsolete), and other wireless network types other than Wi-Fi (Bluetooth, Zigbee, Li-Fi, various cellular).

What are you trying to do?

If your PC does not have Ethernet or WiFi interfaces, then it could have serial port. Buy a 56k modem, connect it to a phone line, subscribe for dial-up service - and you will have Internet. Welcome to 1990's, CompuServe, AOL et al

If you turn couple of years back - Google offered Internet service thru the sewer lines. On April 1st, though...

use a wifi connector easy fix otherwise u get no internet its not that easy yet for that technology yet
