Question Is there a way to downgrade the Intel I255-V 1.45 Firmware? How can I download older versions of the 400 chipset?

Ever since I updated my LAN firmware to do the 1.0.1.4 update my ethernet connection has been very unstable. Is there a way to uninstall this firmware/rollback? On top of that, how can I downgrade the 400 series chipset? I tried downloading their chipset driver but it always downloads Intel's Chipset Updater which gives me the most recent version.

The ping in games I play used to be a certain amount. For instance, one of the games I played was always 20-22 ms. Now, it stays around 30 ms and will spike to 200 every now and then.
