is there a way to have a AMD FX 9590 with the GTX 760Ti in a build to run smoothly?

So my friend is building a PC in his class and he's building it with the AMD FX 9590 4.7GHz processor, and he has his own Alienware X51 PC and he said he is going to upgrade his graphic card into something else and he was going to give me the GTX 760Ti.
So I'm looking for a way to get the AMD FX 9590 4.7GHz along with GTX 760Ti with the build
is it possible because I'm no expert with building PC

All the OEM GTX 760 ti needs is a PCIe 3.0 16x slot, a decent 500w PSU, and enough space in your PC's case. The CPU doesn't really matter

what is your question is it possible to get the cpu or what?

The 760 Ti will run fine with the FX 9590. It won't max out Crysis 3, but you should get good frames on most games.
