Is there a way to input one PC into another so I can see both screens on the same monitor

Hi I want to input a second pcs video and audio into my primary pc so i can view both computers on the same monitor. Is this possible?

No. Just use one screen each.

At the same time, like an overlay of one screen on the other? Not without a lot of fancy video equipment. One at a time? Yes. A device called a KVM Switch is used to switch one Keyboard, Video, and Mouse among two (or more) computers. Is this what you want?

I guess I was hoping I could have a window, similiar to running a virtual machine. I dont want to switch the whole screen from one to another

You can do this with software like VNC - remote control the other PC

Yes, a remote solution can be used, and you'd just put the second system in a window.
