Is there a way to install windows without USB or CD?

Long story short I got stuck with Ubuntu on my PC. Cant find a way to install windows back on it. I've tried using my rooted android and boot windows 10 iso but it tells me I'm missing drivers. I've tried switching usb ports. I don't have a windows CD to install said drivers so I'm stuck in a loop

No, you need installation media on a stick or disc.

there are ways with linux to load a windows install on USB or DVD but there is no other way to install an operating system

If you have a DVD drive, why not download the ISO from Microsoft and create a Windows DVD?

Make sure you boot from the USB device (select it as the first boot option in BIOS).

We need confirmation, but I got the impression that booting from USB is not working on the machine.
