Is there a way to oc ram without the bios or xmp?
Like increasing the mhz?

I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend overclock your RAM anyway. Since there wouldn't be a significant different in performance increase.

I don't know if you can OC RAM with Ryzen Master. If you have a Ryzen CPU, could try it. And OCing is always worth it. Just depends on how much headroom your components have as to how much performance you get. Some RAM you can barely do anything with.

Current speed of my ram is 1333mhz, mobo supports upto 1600mhz,am using integrated graphics so i thought faster ram speeds would help the igpu
and yes the bios on my pc is veryyyyyyy limited

look into editing ram CL timing's and dram voltages in bios probably method to it because that's what the manufactures do for making XMP profiles, they just keep testing ram kits against different settings until they get something stable, add the finished XMP profile to the bios and make a QVL list for reference
