is there a way to reset a usb gamepad?

So about an year ago i got this Nplay gamepad to use it in some games (with the help of x360 emulator), however recently i started to have some problems with it.
The problem is that windows is not detecting the gamepad in some ports and the 3.0 port is telling me that doesnt recognize it.

What can i do?

System Specs:

OS: Windows 8.1
Intel i5
Nvidia 840M
4 GB ram
1 TB HDD

EDIT: sometimes the windows recognizes the gamepad in the normal ports and let me play normally but its usually when i start the computer

That sounds like your gamepad is broken (shorted out) and you need to replace it before it damages your computer.

In the mean time, just go to the device manager and uninstall it, then plug back in

I did that and it worked, in the mean time i got a better one that doesn't need emulators.
