Is there a way to slow the booting process?

My AMD PC with Windows 8.1 boots too fast...yes too fast. Because of this, it seems that there are too many 'checks & balances' that aren't being performed on boot up. For example, I run a program called Sandboxie that doesn't work properly unless I boot my PC first and then RESTART it. So I'm wondering if setting up my PC so it boots like it restarts is possible?

I have already disabled Fast Boot in bios and it had zero effect.

program issues have absolutely nothing to do with your system boot speed. there is something else going on with your system. i'm not sure i understand how you got this idea.

follow the link below and leave the program sandboxie enabled on the startup list. see if the issue still happens.
