Solution Colif Nov 20, 2017 I hadn't noticed this new feature, guess because I generally close everything before shutdown... You can try turning fast startup off, it should remove this feature, but if you use a hdd at boot it might be a little slower: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html
