[SOLVED] Is there a way to track how much wattage ur system is taking?

-Intel 660p 512GB M.2 SSD
Case:
-NZXT H500 Black
Ram:
-Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 16GB
These specs is powered by an corsair tx550m, 550w PSU. I wonder if i have enough headroom to buy a better cpu cooler (I am using the stock cooler atm). The cooler i am looking to buy is Noctua NH-D15. Can i buy it or is my psu to small?
