Is there a way to watch YouTube videos while gaming?

It struck me while playing Path of Exile... farming another 100s of hours could be much more pleasant if I would be able to watch Youtube videos in a small-sized window.

Although I'm not 100% sure, probably some bright-minded fella already came up with some kind of method to do this, I tried googling for something like this but I'm getting weird results.

Does anyone know of a software/method which would allow to have a small sized window (movable) on top of a game so that I could watch YouTube while playing?

I guess the closest thing to this that comes into mind is the Skype mini-window that pops up if you alt+tab out of Skype while talking to someone, so that You can still see him in a small window...

Easiest way is just plug in a 2nd monitor.

This is definitely possible but may cause issues because video games are programmed to stay on top and this will interfere and cause a CPU leak.

My suggestion is to play your game windowed and watch them side by side.

Hello... Most game have a Video setting to allow "Windowed vs full screen" Display... a second monitor is awesome for this too.
