Question Is there an adapter for Thunderbolt 3?

I work in a hospital in the radiology dept. Since COVID we have setup radiologists to work from home using a laptop connected to an eGFX box that has a high end graphics card installed to drive diagnostic monitors. The eGFX requires TB3 to the laptop to work. Recently national IT blocked the use of TB3 ports on the laptops in response to a kernel-dma-protection alert. I'm trying to work around that and use an adapter either HDMI or something else to drive the eGFX.

nope. contact your IT, let them know you need TB3 access for your job.
