is there an alternative similar to nanostation m2 ?

I have to connect to a WISP that is 1km far from me.
I live gaza and the nanostation m2 costs 205$ and the loco version is 30$ cheaper , which is very expensive , nanostation is the only expensive brand , the others is about the same as amazon or little bit expensive
my wisp advised me to buy nanostation m2 , is there any alternative to nanostation that have similar range ?
the tp-link wa7210N is about 65$ in my country , But I not sure if it's sufficient because tp-link didn't say the range for the internel antenna , there is no trees or buildings , I have clear line of sight for my wisp.
