Is there an issue logging in currently?

For over a year I have automatically logged in to Tom's. Today I noticed it said log in or register at the top right of the screen where my username usually is. I forgot my password so I reset it. I used Lastpass to generate a password and I set it to log in automatically. I closed my browser and came back to Tom's. It still says log in or register. If I hit log in it auto fills my user name and password but I haven't had to do that before today.

what browser? Have you updated it?
Do you have any add ons that might be disrupting it?

It didn't happen to me, so thats why I wondered if it might be your end :)
When I came to the site just now it showed me logged in as usual.

One thing that comes to mind is I just enabled the option in Firefox to tell websites not to share my information. It wasn't an update, just an option with a checkbox. That's probably it? No other websites that I log in to automatically have required me to login.

Exact option: settings, privacy and security

tell websites not to share or sell my information

Seems that is a GPC setting
https://globalprivacycontrol.org/#gpc-spec

I don't know if that works here. A lot of sites just ignore it. Its not legally binding AFAIK

@CParsons might know as it sounds like a server side thing if its on.
Our servers respect the signal. But just like blocking cookies, javascript and ads, it can potentially affect some features if you decide to enable it.
