Is there an uninstall log in vista

A co-worker uninstalled an application on my computer to sabatoge a project. Can I locate an event log to look at the user ID and time stamp?

Go to the system restore and check if there is an recent point created around the time of the "sabotage".

Print screen that and u can try to restore the PC to the state it was.
