Is there any benifit if i update the bios of my powercolor hd 7950?

i have my PowerColor HD 7950 V2 3Gb... with the stock clock of 800mhz engine clock and 1250mhz memory clock..

well i just want to ask if i can update its bios to boost edition...

what will happen if i update its bios?? i know it will increase it engine and memory clock... but will it be good???
what is the advantages?? and what will be the disadvantages???

Upside is that you get faster clocks meaning faster performance, downside is that if you really don't know what you are doing, you could brick the bios. However the card does have dual bios, the switch is located beside the Crossfire port. I suggest you just OC it, you get better clocks and you are in more control of what is happening.
