Is this connector for the RGB? or for fan power?

You can plug 3 pin fan power connectors onto a 4 pin header and it will work properly with voltage control of fan speed.

RGB uses 4 pins and ARGB 3 pin connectors(looks like 4 but one pin missing in the middle) , but either one needs a controller on MB or separate one and are not interchangeable as they work differently and with different voltages. Fans you chose are AGB so you will need an MB that has ARGB controller to go with them. Most new AM5 MBs have at least one and maybe both kinds.
Just look at any AM5 MB that fits your other needs, there are too many to list here.
