Question Is there any completely remote managed tablet solution for COVID patients?

Hi, I'm looking to give a tablet to an elderly / sick / end of life patient. COVID makes it almost impossible to get any human help for them to even turn a device on, open app, etc. with isolation, gowning, and staff overload.

Does there exist any way to have a tablet 100% operated and managed remotely? I could easily answer and setup zoom calls with family remotely. Then user could just pick up device and see their family. It could be plugged in all the time.

I believe any windows 10 tablet with TeamViewer software will be fully controllable via the internet remotely.
