I know some of you guys are going to be like why are you going with a water cooler. Well I just want something difference and I think it would look better

Is there any difference between these coolers performance wise? I can see that they both use different tubing but does that make a difference?

Aside from using a slightly larger pump with the normal version, I can't immediately tell a major difference between the two. The Lite is possibly a bit more low profile.
