Seriously they all look the same except difference in price. Which one should I get?

There are some differences. Enterprise (i.e. NAS) drives are build for 24/7 vibration tolerance (reference: http://www.eaegis.com/the-differences-between-an-enterprise-class-hdd-and-desktop-class-hdd.aspx), there are also some random seek/write time differences between some of the ones you listed, as well as some proprietary stuff Seagate builds into the drive for whatever usage it's aimed at. The SV35, for instance, is "Optimized for 24x7 video surveillance systems." I'd just stick with that first one, or something similar that's aimed toward desktop usage.

Thank you for the help, but is the first drive trustworthy? The ratings don't look too impressive.

But yeah, Seagate is usually a good name in storage.
