Is there any difference between the Lg 22MB35P-I and the Lg 22MB35P-B

I think it’s just that the first one has better display technology (ips vs ct). I’d go with first one.

They're both ips as you can see from the manual. They use the same 22MB35P manual so after the model is revision. Probably just updated firmware.

I would also like to know if both monitors are hdcp compliant, because I don't know where to look for that info.
I also don't know if this is the right place to ask, or if I should start a new thread, I'm new here.

The spec sheet says yes to hdcp. That's really something you don't even have to pay attention to in this day and age but it doesn't hurt to double check.
