Motherboards:
Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-DS2
Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H
and can I use the same components for the Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H, because I was planning the Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-DS2 but it's not available in my country.

Thanks if you can help me out

Which one would you suggest and if you dont want to it's fine but can you suggest components for a game pc under $450?

I apologize, I had one of the part numbers wrong earlier. Literally the only difference between these two boards is that the GA-F2A68HM-DS2 has a VGA and a DVI-D port, and the GA-F2A68HM-H has a VGA and an HDMI port. For a gaming rig with a separate graphics card, this would only matter if for some reason your video card quit working, or you removed it, and you needed to use integrated graphics (assuming your processor has them.) They should both accept the same processor, RAM, video card, etc.

Here's the correct product comparison page: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/comparison/list.aspx?ck=2&pids=5368,5396

What country are you in, and what is your budget in the currency you would actually be purchasing the parts with (if not USD)? I don't mind trying to put a build together for you, but currency conversion and local part availability can make it tricky, especially if it's not a country and currency listed in PC Part Picker.

This is my current rig, if it's good I'll buy it:

Thanks
EDIT: That's €503,46 but it's all I need (windows and keyboard included).

Other than the cable, it all looks to be compatible, but what about a power supply unit and memory?

That cable isn't for SATA, it's a video card adapter. If you need a cable to connect the SSD to the motherboard, you'd want something like this:
https://www.amazon.de/SATA-Gb-Anschlusskabel-Good-Connections%C2%AE/dp/B001SUZMBI/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1482813718&sr=8-11&keywords=sata+kabel

If the cable is for the video card, don't use an adapter. You need to use the power cables that came with the power supply unit (PSU.) If you're trying to use a PSU that you already own and it doesn't have the right connector, then you need to get a new PSU that does.

I'll be honest, this isn't going to be a very fast or powerful machine, and it's won't be able to handle recent games very well. Here's a couple of charts that show how different CPUs and GPUs compare to each other:

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html

Here's a video card for about the same price as the R7 on your list that would give you better performance:

https://www.amazon.de/GIGABYTE-Radeon-GDDR5-128bit-1xHDMI/dp/B01JPAVZQI/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1482815769&sr=8-8&keywords=gtx+950

But you might be better off waiting until you can save up some more money and go for a little bit better CPU and motherboard, like an i3:
