If you look at the model number their both the same for the price difference one is sold by Newegg (lower price) the other is a 3rd party seller that should not be bought from.

• In Standard Paper Folding Box Packaging (Not in previous Dodecahedron Box packaging)

EDIT and you can save on a motherboard or other items buying from their Combo list

No your either not looking at the same thing or something is wrong with your browser.

Their both the same thing both come with the same warranty, the plain jane box sold by Newegg comes with the free game.
