is there any external cooler or cooler for graphic card my graphic (msi gtx 650)card heat sink fan is all busted and the only solution come to my mind is replace heat sink with new one but i can't find able to find the replacement heat sink if anyone know about it please tell me

That is an old card and it will not be worth the trouble to find a heat sink to replace it. You will be much better off by getting a new GPU. If you are looking for budget GPU you can get a 1030 for around $70 that will perform better than you 650. Or you can take another step up and go for a 1050 for around $120

Something like the twin turbo II looks to be compatible. If you've got space for only one fan length wise, then accelero mono plus looks like it would fit.
