Is there any help for me about laptop self shutdown

what is the problem when we open the game the laptop is self shutdown...anybody help me...this thing happen after my friend finished update dota 2...it will shutdown when he open any game...

First what happens if you un-install the game, then run CCcleaner.
If that does not work, then try repair using a Earlier restore point.

My guess is a driver issue vs the the game.
2nd possibility is the install changed something where you may possibly be overheating the GPU/CPU.
Might try running Furmark in a window while monitoting your CPU/GPU test.
NOTE: this stress GPU more than a game so MONITOR your GPU temps closely - only need to run for say 1 ->5 Min to get an Idea of what your GPU/CPU temps are doing.

Always Help if you list the Laptop brand/model and if it has a dedicated GPU or if it is using a internal GPU (ie for My Samsung RF711 it has a dGPU 540M and a iGPU of HD3000)
