Is there any Intel Xeon E5-1650 V3 dual cpu motherborads?

Is there any Intel Xeon E5-1650 V3 dual CPU motherboards? (I cant find any!)

Never really worked with xeon motherboards, so not sure if this CPU can be run with 2 of them?

It seems like it would be amazing price to performance ratio compared to 5960X!

see that "1" in 1650 ? it means it only works alone. So no you wont find any dual socket motherbds for that processor. Sorry.

So you'll need the 2650 which also doubles the price...
