Is there any issues with this build?

A few things...

MB - A benefit to the Z170 chipset is the ability to run multiple GPUs. The Gigabyte Gaming 5 is a good board, but that one is a micro form factor. Best to stick with a full sized ATX board for its expansion options.
MEM - Z170 is fine above DDR4-2133, but try to stay at 1.2v. You should be able to find good DDR4-2666 or DDR4-2800 modules for less cost than those expensive Kingston standard spec modules.
SSD - Add one now. You won't regret it...
PSU - Up that size to 850w if you want to keep the option open to add a second GTX 1080 down the road.
WIRELESS - Changed to an AC model.
CASE + FANS - A cheaper option is below.
