Is there any issues with this pc build?
Motherboard: ASRock - AB350 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
Ram: Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
GPU: gtx 1060
PSU: Corsair 750W Gold
Case: NZXT Phantom 530 Full Tower Computer Case

Note: i don't plan on overclocking other than the turbo from the cpu itself.

Looks good but I would recommend getting the RAM in dual channel, so two sticks of 4GB sold together. Also get the fastest RAM speed you can afford and that your board supports as Ryzens like fast RAM.

But wont you have to do something special to get the board to use the rams full speed? because on the ram compatibility list it states it supports up to 3200+ but it has a (OC) next to it.

Yeah in the BIOS you simply enable XMP, and it will give you the advertised speed of your RAM. (at least on Intel boards) If you decide not to buy faster RAM still get 2x4GB sticks.

Do you think i will need a better cooler than the Wraith Spire Cooler that comes with the cpu if i use 3200 ram then with said xmp?

The stock coolers are fine, RAM speed wont affect CPU temperature.
