Is there any laptop that reports its TOTAL real-time watts (or amps by voltage rail)? And/or an app that reports this?

We have the ability by hardware and apps to see realtime amps/watts on CPUs and GPUs and we can even relatively easily connect instrumentation to provide TOTAL watts (or amps per rail) on DESKTOP PSUs...but AFAIK we have nothing to let us easily see the total real-time load on a laptop's battery. Does such a laptop and/or software exist and if so what manufacturers and programs would let us do this? I want to know what happens to the total load on the battery when I change configurations (e.g. using internal video vs. graphics card, etc), add peripherals via USB-C, change drives, etc.
