[SOLVED] Is there any light, clean and free Timer application for windows 10?

At the moment I am using the web version offered by Google but the drawback is that it is a page, I'd like a Timer shown on top of the screen so that I can look at the remaining time easily. Thanks for recommendation

The Alarm and Clocks by Microsoft looks tidy and good but How can I make it "Always on Top"?

SnapTimer is freeware, and has an "Always on top" option.
