Is there any Motherboard that supports Max Read 2,500 and Max write of 1,500 on its M.2 slot?

I want to buy a Samsung 950 Pro but I know my Motherboard does not support 2,500/1,500 on Read/Write so no reason to buy it if the speed will be the same as a normal SATA 3 SSD right? So I want to buy a motherboard that supports the 950 Pros full speak so any Motherboards that do?

Motherboard that have a m.2 that support pciex4 speed. most Z170 mobo. or you do need one for your current cpu?

Well i just thought of something, if i buy a PCIe16 to M.2 would it allow my Samsung 950 PRO to run at Max Read 2,500 and Max write of 1,500? Because i think my Motherboard which is a GA-H97-Gaming 3, only supports Max read of 900 i think. I just want my Samsung 950 PRO to be able to run at its Max Read of 2,500 and Max write of 1,500. If not possible that i will buy a LGA 1151 and i7-5700K as an upgrade.
