Is there any motherboard which supports 8/7 gen cpu with DDR3 ram

No, all Z370 only support ddr4 and new H3xx, B3xx will too.

Nope, all 8th gen motherboards will be DDR4 only. You might be able to get a 7th gen CPU running on some of the few Z170 boards that had DDR3 support, but you'd need a 6th generation CPU to do the BIOS update to allow 7th generation chips to work and it wouldn't really be worth it.
