Question Is there any noticable difference between these?

First of all, I need a GPU with DVI-D to play on 144Hz, thats why I'm thinking on Palit/Gainward.
I'm dont rly want a model with 1 fan, since I have seen test about the Gainward RTX2060 - PEGASUS OC and Palit RTX 2060 - STORMX OC running around 75-80°C while gaming.
(I couldnt find anything about the ASUS Phoenix RTX 2060, but I think it should run at the same temps)

So the ones that has 2 fans with DVI-D:

• Palit GeForce RTX™ 2060 GamingPro OC
• Palit GeForce RTX™ 2060 GamingPro
• Palit GeForce RTX 2060 DUAL
• Gainward GeForce RTX 2060 GHOST
• Gainward RTX2060 - GHOST OC
• Gainward GeForce RTX 2060 PHOENIX GS

The GamingPro OC and PHOENIX GS has better specs, but they are almost out of stock in every shop, and I'm afraid there wont be any in like a week or two, when I'll be about to buy one.
My question is, are this two that much better, or the other listed GPUs with 2 fans can reach the performance for example of the GamingPro OC with manual overclocking?

Your not going to overclock any of them very far thanks to NVIDIAs helpfull power limits.
They all should overclock to the speed of the GamingPro OC with some tweaking.

Yeah, but its out of my budget. Its like +50$ compared to the others in my country.

In this test they managed to get a pretty good OC on the GamingPro OC, so idk, but I'm sure RTX 2060 are not the best for OC .
