Is there any other problems with bottlenecking besides not getting all the performance you can.

I'm looking to get an EVGA GTX 1060 6gb because I currently have a Zotac 750ti and a AMD FX-8350. I am planning on upgrading to a i5 6600k but I don't have the money at the moment to get the CPU, Motherboard, and RAM so it'll be a couple months before I get it. I was wondering if I do get the 1060 before I get the i5 is there any other problems with bottlenecking(because I know there is going to be some bottlenecking) besides obviously not getting max performance from your parts such as hurting your CPU, GPU or Motherboard.

nope, just performance. I don't think there will be much bottlenecking at all with the 8350, you can tell by looking at the CPU usage in game

I suppose if it drives your CPU up to 100% load, you could notice rising temperatures. But beyond that, no.

Yeah I don't have to worry too much about CPU temps, I've got a corsair liquid cooler which has been doing great at keeping it cool. Thanks for the quick replies.
