Is There Any Other Way To Get This To Overclock?

Can't seem to get my Intel Pentium 4 to overclock, since the motherboard is really old and its BIOS locked I've tried ClockGen and SetFSB. Both dont recognize the mboard. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry the motherboard is ECS P4VXASD2+ (should be ver. 5.0)
