Hello everyone, I think you are smarter than me so help me this way please.
I am using windows 8.1 and want to install windows 10. There are some changes I need to make in C: partition so i have to install windows via boot. and here it comes,my BIOS is inaccessible. So, Is there any other way to install windows via boot?, or Any way to remove password from BIOS? or Any other way to make changes in C: partition without so much disturbance?
Thank you!

Solution
You can remove the password from BIOS like this- consult your manual to find out where to put your jumper to clear the CMOS, do it, boot up, put it back, and boot up again.

In what way is the BIOS inaccessible?
You need to be able to boot from a DVD or USB to install the OS.

USAFRet Sir, that's the matter i can't boot from cd, dvd or usb flash drive.

Math Geek Sir, I want to add some free space to the C: partition. Is there another way that you know rather than formatting the drive?

"...add some free space to the C: partition"

Can you post a screencap of your current Disk Management window?

a screencap of disk management would be very helpful for us. get to it by typing "disk management" into the search bar. then post that screen for us.

will tell us a lot about your current set-up. also make note of what space you would like to add to the c: and where you expect it to come from. probably can do it but need this info to be sure.
