IS there any PC Builder in the UK that lets you send your own PC Components?

A local shop might. But it's be prohibitively expensive to ship parts yourself to a major builder.

You also should consider if you get parts yourself they might arrive over a staggered period of time. Once you start putting them together you might end up with something faulty, and the return period has already passed to get a refund.
