Is there any performance difference between these Asus P5K Motherboard

I'm looking to build a new rig. I was curious if there is any performance difference between these Asus P5K Motherboards?

I don't need wifi so that is not an issue for me. I am more concerned about performance and overclocking.

Well P5K-E WIFI is the bang for buck imo, i have one and i dont use the wifi of it too

P5K-E WIFI has better cooling than P5K-E and has the same cooling (only one copper different) with P5K-DELUXE

The difference between P5K-E DLUXE and P5K-E WIFI is that P5K DELUXE has only one more copper and also one more gigabit lan which arent worth the price IMO
