Case - Bit Fenix Neos. Dimensions - 185x429x470

Will it all fit inside the case and how well will it perform?

It will all fit and be fine. The only issue I see is if you wanted to upgrade to a high end GPU down the road... The case fits GPUs up to 11.5" and cards like the GTX 980 / R9 290x are closer to 12". As-is you will have no issues with the much shorter GTX 750 Ti. From a build perspective, you have a high end CPU (ready to be overclocked) and a motherboard that can do SLI / CF (multiple GPUs) paired with a mid level GPU. This is a little of a mismatch from a pure gaming perspective.

What will you be using this PC for?

If you are gaming, you have a powerful unlocked CPU with a low end GPU. This is not balanced. It would be better to go with a locked 4590 + a good H series motherboard and put the money you save into a better GPU.

SAdams #2 build shown above is a good recommendation along these lines.
