No difference. The SKU: CAB359 is the same for the OptiPlex T20, OptiPlex 9020, OptiPlex 7020 and OptiPlex T1700 so it's exactly the same adapter cable.

Im gona get the 9020 but the small form factor and this one i cant put any psu on it any help plz
