Question Is there any steam-like marketplace that sells software instead of games?

There's some utility software I'd like to buy. But I don't have PayPal. I only have access to steam wallet & google play. It will be great if there's any marketplace or even a software like steam to search and buy a software from there using e-wallet I have. It's fine if it has it's own e-wallet as long as I can easily add funds to my balance. I need some reference from you guys. Thanks in advance.
